First I want to send my respect to ATCQ who has inspired me to do what I do as an artist. The vibe on The Love Movement joint is what I was into in my formative years as a hip hop artist (I was a late bloomer, lol). Well the original version of "Flip Flop" was created in our "aLumnI" days back in the dorms of Iowa State University. As something we were proud of, we wanted to bring it back for our debut full-length but we changed the beat to fit a growing style while giving the nod to those who came before us. Basically we smoothed it out for ya to groove to.
